This 1948 MG TC, chassis TC5152, is a right-hand-drive example finished in British Racing Green over green leather upholstery. The seller states that the car underwent a comprehensive restoration, with drivetrain work performed and maintained by Jim Boffo of Boffo Motors in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, and body, paint, interior, and exterior restoration completed by Safety Fast! Restoration of Mansfield, Ohio. According to the seller, the car retains its matching-numbers XPAG inline-four and 4-speed manual transmission, and fewer than 375 miles have been added since the engine rebuild. Restoration invoices totaling more than $125,000 in parts and labor are included.

 

The body was refinished in British Racing Green and fitted with green leather upholstery along with a tan soft top, side curtains, and tonneau cover. Exterior details include center-lock wire wheels, Lucas lighting, a fold-down windshield, chrome bumperettes, and a rear-mounted spare. The seller states that the car is rust-free, and underside photos are included in the gallery.

 

The right-hand-drive cockpit features green leather seats, matching trim, black carpeting, and an MG-branded steering wheel ahead of full instrumentation. Lap belts have been added. The seller also states that the electrical system was rewired with cloth-covered wiring during the restoration.
